Starting weight: 190
Todays weight: 181 - yay I lost another pound!
Goal this month: 177 or lower.

Exercise:
At my dads house right now fixing to work out on the treadmill.


Goals:
Lose 5 pounds by August 8th.

Update:
I'm so excited that I lost another pound haha. I know it's not much but this makes my total weight loss allllllmost 10 pounds. YAY! :)

How are you doing with everything? Did you get a chance to work out at the gym?
